A Wolf and I Jewellery is handmade to order in Dorset. When you order a little piece of magic from our online store please allow 5-7 days for dispatch.
USA TARIFFS
All USA orders are subject to a 10% tariff on order value, which will be displayed as ‘sales tax’ at checkout. By collecting this now, your order will arrive with all tariffs prepaid, eliminating the need for additional payment upon delivery.

As all of our jewellery is lovingly hand crafted please allow 5-7 working days for the items to be shipped plus extra for delivery time.
Orders outside the UK are shipped by Royal Mail International tracked, when your item is shipped you should automatically receive tracking information to allow you to follow the process of you order as it wings its way to you!
Hallmarking …
A Wolf and I jewellery is made using sterling silver, and / or gold. UK law states that all items made with precious metal must have a UK hallmark if they are over specific weights. For silver this weight is 7.78g, for gold and palladium over 1g, and platinum over 0.5g .
All of our jewellery with metal content over these weights will have a hallmark from the Edinburgh Assay Office that looks like this…
Returns, repairs & exchanges…
We want you to be 100% over the MOON with your purchase from A Wolf and I. If you have any worries, concerns or you just need to return your item please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to sort it for you!
Items purchased online can be returned for a refund within 14 days. Please contact us for details. We are unable to refund postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Jewellery care…
We recommend looking after your A Wolf and I jewellery by using a polishing cloth. It is advisable to avoid any chemicals or silver cleaners as these will remove the oxidisation (blackened effect on details) and a polishing cloth should be all you need to keep your A Wolf and I pieces shiny and looking great.
However if it has become unquestionably dirty, we recommend boiling water, adding some washing up liquid and using an old toothbrush to clean up your jewellery.
Silver is not an indestructible metal so please take care to look after your A Wolf and I pieces.
