Imbolc is nearly upon us and is a time to celebrate the stirrings of new life beneath the ground…a celebration of the return of the light.
This year, the year of the snake, Imbolc also falls on a new moon …
for me these three symbolic moments signify a wonderful opportunity to set intentions for new beginnings.. the first breath of spring, the first glimpse of the new moon’s slither and the beautiful shedding skin of the snake.
So to celebrate we have added a hare and a moth to the symbolism on our little starry rarity … moths are also bringers of change while, of course, the hare is a powerful representation of spring and renewal.
A truly potent talisman to welcome the changes brought with the start of spring. 🐰✨🌙
‘Bridget’ is approx 20mm diameter has a little lunar hare on one side and a moth on the reverse (of course you can wear her any way you like!) .. she is set onto a star studded 17” chain with a little lobster style clasp.
She is sterling silver hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office with the A Wolf and I mark.
